The expanded report provides more explanation and guidance for companies who want to who want to use the results from this study to position themselves to take advantage of business building actions that flow from this work.

An important finding coming out of this report is that it is essential to consistently meet customer needs for safety, cleanliness and hospitality before addressing new opportunities.  If this foundation is not in place, and the research shows that it frequently is not, efforts to tap into new opportunities will fall short of full potential.
